Carrot-Pineapple Smoothie With Pumpkin Spice
This smoothie is a perfect fall treat filled with essential nutrients and a great taste!
Recipe yields 2 servings
1 1/2 Cup carrot juice
1/2 Cup Coconut milk or almond
1/2 Frozen pineapple chunks
6oz. Banana yogurt
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Juice of one lime
1 Cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass or pour into thermos for on the go nutrition!
