Banana Cornbread with Honey Drizzle

1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Bread Muffin Mix
1 pkg. Jiffy Banana Cornbread Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup milk
8.25oz (can) crème style corn
1 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Tablespoon dark brown sugar
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
Honey to drizzle
Strawberry preserves

Directions: In a medium bowl prepare mixture according to box instructions, then add cream style corn, nutmeg, sugar and vanilla, stir to mix. Spray an 8” square baking pan (or standard loaf pan) with non-stick spray, pour the batter into baking pan and place in the middle rack in oven and bake until golden brown. (20-25 minutes) Remove from oven and drizzle lightly with honey and serve with strawberry preserves.

Note: Check cornbread with a toothpick in the center, if still moist transfer to top rack in oven and bake for a few minutes longer.
